Starting from 25 May 2018 the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 will apply, concerning the protection of individuals in relations to the personal data processing and regarding free transfer of such data and repealing of the directive 95/46/EC (defined as "RODO", "ORODO", "GDPR" or "General Regulation on Data Protection").
This is why I would like to inform you on processing your personal data and the principles upon which this processing will be carried out as a result of applying RODO regulations.
We prepared for you the most important information upon this subject.
The Administrator of your personal data will be Techglass Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Krakow at ul. Zygmunta Starego 124, 30-198 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as: Administrator).
Your data will be processed only in case the Administrator or another processing entity has a legal title to do so, arising from RODO, and exclusively for the purpose arising from this legal title.
The Administrator may process your personal data for purposes related to:
If there is a need to process your personal data for purposes other than the ones listed above, you will be informed about it earlier by the Administrator together with the indication of a legal basis for such processing.
Your data may be communicated to entities processing them at the Administrator’s request, i.e., to the subcontractors of services.
In each such case, the communication of your data does not authorize the entity being the recipient of these data to use them freely, but to use them only for the purposes clearly indicated by the Administrator.
The recipients of your data may also include the entities authorized to receive your data on the basis of the current provisions of law, such as the courts or law enforcement authorities – i.e. – if they come forward with a demand to make your data available based on the applicable legal basis.
The Administrator may also disclose your data to suppliers of legal and counselling services.
The Administrator will not transfer your data to third countries or international organizations. However, if such data were to be transferred, the Administrator will inform you about this fact pursuant to the requirements of the current law.
Your data will be processed until the end of existence of the legal title to process them.
In situations where the data is processed in performance of a legally imposed obligation, the period of storing the data will be defined, based on appropriate regulations of law.
In case when the basis for data processing is the Administrator’s justified interest, the Administrator will store your data until the end of existence of this justified interest, making periodical reviews of their further usability.
Regarding the necessity of data for performance of the provisions of an employment contract it will be usually a time necessary for its performance and securing possible claims arising from the employment contract.
If your consent is necessary as a basis for processing your personal data, they will be processed until the moment the consent is withdrawn, limited or other actions have been taken on your part, restricting this consent.
You have the right to access the contents of your data and the right to demand their correction, removal or restriction of processing.
You have the right to transfer the data and the right to object to the processing.
If you granted the consent to data processing, you can withdraw it at any date.
Withdrawal of your consent for processing your data does not impact the validity of current processing of these data by the Administrator on the basis of this consent.
If you deem that by processing your personal data the Administrator breaches the regulations of law, you have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Bureau.
In principle, the disclosure of your data is voluntary.
In specified cases the disclosure of data may be necessary, however, to conclude with you a specific agreement or to enforce its provisions. This is why, if the Administrator lost the legal basis to process your data for the purposes connected with a given agreement, meeting the obligations arising from this agreement could be made difficult.
The contents of this information can be periodically modified by the Administrator. In such a case you will be duly informed about this change.
